MAY 6, 2025; BOISE, IDAHO — The Fatty Liver Foundation (FLF), in partnership with the French-American Piano Society, is proud to announce a special benefit piano recital featuring internationally acclaimed pianist Célimène Daudet, on October 23, 2025, at La Maison Française within the Embassy of France in Washington, DC.
This one-night-only event will feature Daudet’s celebrated solo program inspired by her Haitian heritage and the musical traditions of the French Caribbean. All proceeds from the recital will support FLF’s expanding patient advocacy and liver health education efforts across the United States.
“This concert is more than a cultural exchange—it is a heartfelt expression of solidarity with the millions affected by liver disease, especially in communities too often left behind,” said Wayne Eskridge, Founder and CEO of FLF. “We are honored to collaborate with the French-American Piano Society and bring Célimène’s artistry to our nation’s capital to support liver health education and advocacy.”
This extraordinary recital coincides with the opening day of MOSAIC—Global NASH/MASH Trialists Think Tank, which will also take place at the Embassy of France. While independently organized, this benefit event offers a unique cultural complement to the meeting’s scientific discussions. FLF warmly welcomes MOSAIC participants, from academia, industry, and the advocacy community, to purchase tickets and attend the recital or consider making a charitable contribution in support of this special evening of music, culture, and shared commitment to liver health.
Célimène Daudet’s performance, Haïti Mon Amour, will explore themes of identity, resilience, and cultural memory. The program includes works by Haitian composers Ludovic Lamothe, Justin Élie, and Edmond Saintonge, as well as a piece inspired by Frédéric Chopin. Through merengues, danzas, and voodoo-inspired motifs, Daudet weaves a musical narrative that honors both her roots and FLF’s mission of healing and human connection.

The French-American Piano Society is a non-profit organization designed to promote cultural exchange, education, and networking between France and the United States through French pianists and music.
