The Fatty Liver Foundation is very focused on NAFLD/NASH and how to manage it as patients. A much broader need is coping with the challenges of life in the context of chronic illness. The ordinary things of life like having food or shelter often become a problem for chronically ill people. We have created a new program called The Wellness League designed to help people find the services they need beyond just medical. A key tool is our SEARCH function. I invite you to check that out and become member of thewellnessleague.organd I would love it if you would consider joining our Sharing Journeys project. Your personal experience will help future patients learn about the patient journey.
About Sharing Journeys
Sharing Journeys is more than just a collection of stories; it’s a vibrant tapestry woven from the lives of those affected by steatotic liver disease. Each story is a testament to the human spirit. Through these narratives, we hope to foster a deeper understanding of the condition, create a sense of community, and inspire hope and resilience among all who visit our page.
Get Involved
Your story matters too. We warmly invite you to become a part of Sharing Journeys by sharing your own experiences with steatotic liver disease. Simply click the “Share My Story” button towards the top of the page to get started.
Share Your Thoughts
We value your feedback and are committed to continually improving our resources and support for the community. After listening to the stories, we encourage you to share your thoughts and suggestions by taking a short survey available on the same page.
